Family Gathering Pleasure Or Pressure?
May 13, 2009
When family comes together, there is bound to be friction and tension.
Will you cling onto hurts or will you seek reconciliation and completions?
When you choose to love know that you are opening up yourself to be vulnerable.
The pent-up emotions, anger, and bitterness affect you the most.
And anyone else who is around you.
How we want to hold justice in our hands!
Especially towards those who did us injustice.
Yet this is not our call.
Our call is to continue to radiate the light and warmth especially in darkenss.
If you feel strains and frictions in relationships,
You will be drained of vital energy.
You will not be able to perform at your peak.
You will not be happy nor fulfilled.
Take a moment and listen to this song.
Pay attention to the lyrics and
Open your heart to receive the message
that Spirit has for you …
May your light will brighten up this place.

Are You Complete?
May 10, 2009
I cannot believe it but moms will be 81 this year!
And the entire family is celebrating with her.
We have invited over 200 guests to the banquet!
This will be a month of family gathering.
I wonder what comes to mind when you think of family gatherings?
Some people are stressed just thinking about it!
And when you have a huge celebration with lots of extended family members around, emotions can run high with frictions and tensions.
I was watching Hallmark Movie last night (it's Mothers' Day)
They were showing movies that depict love and support and I had a good cry
How often do we stop and appreciate those we have around us?
I can understand that there are differences of opinions
But to let that stand in the way will drain you of vital energy
And waste precious life you can share together.
This song moved me a year ago,
After my teacher taught me about seeking completion in relationships
Especially important relationships.
Take a moment to listen to it and may it speak to you.
And while you still can, go seek reconciliation and completion.
It will be the best thing you can do for your own self care.
It's too late, when we die
To admit we don't see eye to eye

I’ll Stand By You
May 6, 2009
Are you also a fan of personal learning, development, and growth?
My biggest investment is in myself.
Do you also value self-awareness, reflection and continuous improvement?
You will find me in business building, curriculum development, group facilitation or competency-based courses. And yes, even boot camps and crash/intensive programs, on and off-line. Because I know I have to be at my best for me to deliver the best value to the others around me.
I know that this is something I must do for myself.
I can't lean on others' wisdom or experiences although I can learn from them.
There is a place for solitude and personal growth.
Yet, increasingly I see a need for individuals who have been trying to strive on their own to come together, connect and tap into group support and synergy.
No matter who you are, no matter where you go in your life,
at some point you will need someone to stand by you.
If you too want to connect and be part of a community that will support your growth and development, join us from the comfort of your home and we will partner you in your journey of exploration and adventure.
