How are you?
We are asked this question so often in a day that we respond to it without much thought.
The next time you are asked this question I invite you to check in with your body, your mind and your feeling see how you truly are before you answer the question. What is your mind and body trying to tell you?
Have you noticed how you are carrying yourself lately? Are you walking tall and with a lightness in your steps? And if you take a peek at the mirror will you see your eye brows locked in a frown or are they open and spaced-out?
You probably have not noticed how you are breathing either. It is something we do so automatically that we don’t pay much attention to.
It will be worthwhile to start noticing what our bodies are telling us. And to learn to recognize symptoms of fatigue or anxiety so we can deal with now before the grow out of hand.
Changes in mood and mental attitude happen over time. And because these happen slowly and in small increments, they escape our notice especially when we are caught up with the daily hustle and bustle of life. If we don’t pay attention to how we are now, nature may choose to send us messages through a less friendly way – with a rude awakening.
If you want to know how to deal with stress and anxiety now, you can check out the stress-free program that I am conducting. Program details will be given after you leave your name and address in the form. Registration will close on 16th Jan 12pm US Eastern Time.
Learn to know yourself. Give yourself the gift of a calm and clear mind, an energetic body and a free spirit.
Feel free to leave me your comments here, I’d like to hear what your thoughts are on this matter.
