Training, Coaching and Valentine Week

What a special week I  had! I met with 20 volunteers who offered their time and crew for a full 5 days for an International Training Program led by Blair Singer in Singapore. Beautiful people who ask for nothing but to give back to the Training community; so more trained Trainers will be ready to make a difference to the world and shine!

That was some intense and rewarding week. I will share more on that in another post. I had some 'aha' moments and am so glad I participated. And before I have enough time to recover from the last week, I am welcomed by another intense week!

This is the week before Valentine’s Day. Everyone knows about that date. And if you have not noticed, the Lunar New Year falls on Valentine's Day this year.  Most people will be aware of the Chinese New Year too.  The buzz has already began with all the preparation for the 15-day celebration!

Well, there is yet another meaningful event happening this week, and that is the International Coaching Week. It starts on the 7th Feb and goes on for a week. Now what is coaching

The International Coaching Week (ICW) is the celebration of the coaching profession and a time to share with the public about the “value of working with a professional coach and to acknowledge the results and progress made through the coaching process (quoting from the International Coaching Federation). Coaches around the world offer a variety of activities and pro bono services in their local communities to share what coaching has the ability to do.

I am tying ICW up with Valentine's week and will be offering pro bono sessions as well as a special coaching package for those who are open and ready to be coached. If you have heard about coaching and wonder what it is, this may be a good time to experience for yourself what coaching is.

Coaching is a buzz word today and there are many “coaches” around. The International Coaching Federation requires qualified coaches to exhibit 11 core competencies and to have gone through stringent and structured coach training, mentoring and practicum before certification.

I cannot imagine being anywhere near where I am today had it not been for the weekly coaching sessions I have with my coach. Thanks Coach! And to celebrate the power of coaching, I am offering this special coaching program for anyone anywhere so long as you are ready and open to be coached.

So, if you have the slightest interest to find out what life coaching is, sign up here and details will be on the other side waiting for you – all I can say now is that you will want to check this out – this is what I normally do not do! This is the great Valentines’ Week cum International Coaching Week gift if you want to give yourself a chance to experience what coaching can do for you.

I will be giving pro bono sessions so you can have a taste of what coaching can do for you.  Word of caution though, my special offer expires on the 10th Feb so you want to go check it out while this is still fresh in your mind and make a decision now. It is really not such a hard decision.

Coaching has to do with moving clients towards their dreams and goals, and it is for this reason that coaches often asked for specific time lines.  If you prefer to have more time, that is ok too. I understand that each person has a choice and the timing has to be right. You can still grab a trial session later when you are ready.

The truth is, there are no accidents in the Universe. Now is as good a time as any. Opt in, find out what this is all about and we can have a chat if you still have any lingering questions. So are you ready now to take your life to the next level? Or will you wait and see?

Coaching will enhance your professional, personal, relationship life, and you will discover things about yourself you never noticed before too. Are you ready to unlock the hidden chains that have kept you from being your best?
